Certain City contracts are fully or partially designated for SEBs, giving those businesses an opportunity to grow. This initiative supports and promotes small businesses and emerging small businesses in the Omaha-Council Bluffs Metropolitan Statistical Area, with special attention to stimulating economic growth in areas with high poverty levels.
