City of Omaha Partnership

The City of Omaha Small and Emerging Business (SEB) program provides an opportunity for new or developing businesses to jumpstart their earnings with City contracts. Certain City contracts are fully or partially designated for SEBs, giving those businesses an opportunity to grow. This initiative supports and promotes small businesses and emerging small businesses in the Omaha-Council Bluffs Metropolitan Statistical Area, with special attention to stimulating economic growth in areas with high poverty levels.

Besides increased opportunities for government contracts, other benefits include access to networking and mentorship, and brand-image visibility.
