KETV 7: OMLB Set to Raise property Prices in January

OMAHA, Neb. — The Omaha Municipal Land Bank is likely raising prices on hundreds of properties in 2024.

“It’s important for us to be good stewards of the land assets we have acquired,” said board president Mike Riedmann in a released statement. “That includes a responsibility to promote continued investment into the community and creating a good foundation for potential buyers.”
