OMLB Board Meetings

 

 

The Omaha Municipal Land Bank’s Board of Directors meet at 9 AM on the second Wednesday of each month. Our board meetings are held at Metropolitan Community College – Fort Campus – Mule Barn Room 112. 

 

The Omaha Land Bank board meetings are open to the public. While registration is not required, we encourage you to register online to get updates related to the most current meeting. Registration is below. We’d love to see you there!

A copy of the official agenda kept continually current, shall be available for public inspection during normal business hours at the City of Omaha Planning Department, 1819 Farnam Street, Suite 1100, Omaha, Nebraska. The Omaha Municipal Land Bank reserves the right to amend the agenda. If a printed version of the complete board packet is requested by a member of the public, the request must be submitted to [email protected] or (402) 800-1246, 24 hours prior to the meeting. If an alternative to this agenda is necessary, please notify the Omaha Municipal Land Bank at (402) 800.1240, 72 hours in advance.

 

NOTE: All requests for sign language interpreters (signers) will require a minimum of 48 hours advance notice. If necessary, contact the Board Secretary at (402) 800.1240.

Interested in Serving as an OMLB Board Member

State law requires each member of the Board of Directors to represent one of the city’s seven city council districts, demonstrate expertise in community and economic development, and have specific professional experience in one of the following sectors: Banking, Real Estate Development, Chamber of Commerce, one realtor, one representative of a non-profit corporation involved in affordable housing and one member to represent owners of multiple residential or commercial properties.
